Bedrule Church is deeply rooted in Rulewaters’ history, but will soon be sold. The community stands to lose all access and agency in how the church is used.
Our grassroots group - Bedrule Church Future (BCF) - wants to purchase the church and ensure its’ continued use for community events, celebrations and worship.
We need to raise £35,000 (including transaction costs) by mid-July 2025, in order to secure the building. We also need a further £15,000 to move in and keep the church running for the first year. This will keep this wonderful church in the hands of the community.
